Biography

Engaged in various art fields: painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture. Mainly engaged in realistic figurative painting of landscape and nature. Born in Jerusalem in 1972, currently lives in the north of the country in Kibbutz Megiddo at Petah Emek Jezreel.
As a child he was engaged in painting and drawing, photography and anything else creative and artistic. Alongside his artist and painter father (David) he (Israel Museum) acquired extensive theoretical and practical artistic knowledge, from whom he learned the principles of painting and drawing. He sees himself as self-taught and believes that the painter's way is through his work in the studio, where he continues to independently explore and develop himself and painting techniques. Over the years he studied and acquired enrichment from teachers and painters as well as an academic degree.
His works deal with issues from his immediate environment, the place where he lives is the kibbutz. The subjects of the paintings are landscape and nature, agricultural machinery, a view from the contemporary reality of the kibbutz as a longing for the past.
